Need a house OMG

So, seriously... I need a house... we went out looking... again.  It's something like torture at this point... we have 2 likely houses that we will review tomorrow and make a decision... but our previous favorite house is now out of the running due to black mold running up the basement walls :(  We're so terrified of finished basements now... the top pick house is top pick because we can actually see the walls in the basement and see if they are cracked (they do not appear to be).  The down side is that there is a family living there and we're going to ask to close on July 11.. we'll see if they can do it...
