Ugh... House Drama

dragonbaitWe ended up having to get a structural engineer out to check the house... and it's sunk between 1 - 3 inches on the back side. We're getting estimates for repairs, but we're just not sure we want to get into that kind of house problems. It can get quite significant... Drywall cracking, nails popping, doors and windows sticking... worst case scenario the repair of the back of the foundation stresses the front of the foundation and you have to do it all over again *boggle*
